We collect data necessary to provide engineering, facility maintenance, SLA proposals, and operational services:

• Client Identifiers: Name, official designation, commercial entity name, email address, contact numbers, corporate address, and GST registration details.
• Facility & Technical Data: Facility floor plans, load requirements, circuit breaker specifications, STP/WTP operational parameters, utility bills, and maintenance schedules shared during site audits or SLA inquiries.
• Employee & Vendor Data: Statutory KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, EPF/ESIC numbers) of deputed technical personnel for gate pass compliance, background verification, and safety clearances.
• Digital Identifiers: IP addresses, browser types, referral URLs, and session logs automatically recorded for cyber security and server diagnostic purposes.

Data processing is conducted strictly under the following lawful bases:

• Service Execution: Formulating customized SLAs, technical proposals, AMC agreements, and deploying qualified technical staff.
• Statutory & Tax Compliance: Invoicing, GST filings, TDS processing, labour compliance audits under Factories Act / Contract Labour Act, and audit reports.
• Safety & Emergency Response: Maintaining gate registers, emergency contact trees, and safety compliance logs for technical installations (VCB/ACB panels, transformers, high-pressure lines).
• Legitimate Interests: Preventing unauthorized network intrusions and safeguarding company assets.

We implement reasonable security practices under IT Rules 2011 and DPDP guidelines. Access to technical site data and client specifications is restricted strictly to authorized engineers and project managers under Non-Disclosure Obligations (NDAs).

Data is retained only as long as required to fulfill contractual obligations or as prescribed under applicable tax, commercial, and labour statutes (e.g., 8 years for books of accounts under the Companies Act / Income Tax Act).
