1. Electrical & High-Voltage Safety Standards
Electrical safety is non-negotiable across 96K VENTURES operations. All high-voltage servicing (VCB/ACB breaker maintenance, transformer oil BDV testing, thermography audits) complies strictly with:
- Central Electricity Authority (CEA) Regulations: Safety and Electric Supply Regulations, 2010.
- Indian Standards (IS): IS 732 (Code of practice for electrical wiring), IS 3043 (Code of practice for Earthing), and IS 2026 (Power Transformers).
- IEEE Standards: IEEE 1584 Arc Flash Hazard Calculation standards and lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols for breaker overhauls.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Class 4 rubber insulating gloves, arc-flash face shields, and flame-resistant suits required for technical teams.
2. Environmental & KSPCB Regulatory Compliance
Our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations adhere strictly to Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) and Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) norms:
- Effluent Quality Parameters: Maintaining BOD (< 10 mg/L), COD (< 50 mg/L), TSS (< 10 mg/L), and pH (6.5 - 8.5) limits in treated water.
- Hazardous Waste Handling: Compliance with Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for transformer oil disposal and chemical sludge handling.
- Logbook Maintenance: Daily digital logbook records of chemical dosing, flow meters, online continuous effluent monitoring system (OCEMS) data, and lab testing certificates.
3. Labour & Statutory Welfare Compliance
As a responsible corporate entity, We ensure 100% statutory compliance for all engineering technicians, housekeepers, and supervisors deployed at client locations under:
100% of staff enrolled in Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESIC) scheme with timely monthly submissions.
Fully licensed under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 and compliant with Karnataka Minimum Wages Act.
4. Emergency Incident & Escalation Protocol
We maintain a 24/7 Breakdown & Incident Escalation Desk for client facilities. In the event of an electrical trip, pipe burst, or STP overflow, our emergency response protocol triggers within 30 minutes of notification.
